This ikura, sparkling like jewels, pops in your mouth, and with every burst, a rich umami and the aroma of the sea spread as if melting away.
We take large, individual eggs, carefully extracted from fresh salmon raised in the bountiful seas of Hokkaido, and steep them slowly in our secret-recipe soy sauce marinade, locking a deep, full-bodied richness and mellow flavor into each one.
The warm shari (sushi rice) and crisp nori (seaweed) further enhance the ikura’s flavor, creating a blissful taste.
